The Rental Process
Full catering kitchen, tables & chairs, a meeting room, kid’s space, Studio & the Paramount Stage
Beginning in late summer of 2022, the Museum will begin scheduling space rental in part or whole depending on the event and time/date requested. The process begins by filling out a facility request form and submitting it at least 30 days before your event in most cases. Making a request is no guarantee of approval. Please provide as many details at the time of request to expedite the approval and scheduling process. As a nonprofit organization, the museum depends on social entrepreneurship that goes to support our mission and vision. Please see the rental agreement below (linked to a PDF).

A small podcast studio with three pro microphones, a mixer, and recording. Audio and video post-production.
Book Facility
Cost
The cost for use of the Museum facilities will depend on the needs of the requesting organization, the time involved, and specific use of museum facilities and staff members. Optional items include audio/video/projection/streaming/ recording services. Fellow 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations are eligible for discounts.
Kitchen, Prep Space & One-Time Use Items
As a policy, we ask that outside organizations refrain from using one-time use plastic or throwaway items. The Museum’s kitchen offers all-inclusive silverware, glasses, plates, etc. and a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, two sinks, an ice-maker, and ample prep space.
Clean Up
Clean up — including removing trash, separating recyclables, and returning borrowed items — is the responsibility of the group requesting to use the building unless a cleaning fee is arranged in advance. A deposit is required at time of reservation.
